Payment: Everything in the shop can be purchased through Paypal. If you have a credit card, you do not need to log into Paypal to purchase. Please be aware that your jewelry will not ship until I have received the payment in full. Please contact me if you need more time or if you would like to pay using a different method.
Shipment: Your jewelry will ship within five business days after receiving cleared payment. Please contact me if you need your item shipped sooner. Jewelry is shipped in a recycled bubble mailer with USPS First Class mail, which generally takes three days to arrive. It will arrive in a recycled jewelry box ready for gift giving. If you would like your jewelry insured, please let me know and I will send an additional invoice for $1.70 to cover the cost. Priority mail, which will arrive within two days, costs an additional $3.50.
Returns: I believe in the quality and value of my work. Therefore, if there are any quality defects in my work please contact me within 90 days of receiving the item and I will try my best to make it right. If your jewelry just needs a little love after general wear and tear, please contact me for a repair estimate. All non-custom items can be returned or exchanged, less shipping costs, within 7 days of arrival. They must be in their original, unworn, condition, and include packaging. I must approve all returns and exchanges prior to them being shipped back to me.
