exchanges + Ring Resizing

You should love your jewelry. We gladly accept free exchanges on all non-custom merchandise in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Jewelry must be in its unworn condition with all packaging materials. At this time we cannot accept returns on solid 14k gold pieces (most of our pieces are made with gold fill and can be returned), custom pieces, or pieces listed as final sale. We also offer free one-time ring resizing. Find more information on finding your ring size here. Please include a note with your jewelry telling us what change you would like and your order number. Make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be smashed in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer. Allow a week or two for us to process your exchange.

refunds

We gladly accept returns on all non-custom merchandise in its original, unworn condition for full refunds. For the holiday season, orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will be eligible for return through January 15th. Jewelry must be in its unworn condition with all packaging materials. At this time we cannot accept returns on solid 14k gold pieces (most of our pieces are made with gold fill and can be returned), custom pieces, or pieces listed as final sale. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds will have a $3 fee deducted to cover shipping costs if you use our pre-paid return label (link below). If you'd prefer, you can mail the jewelry back with a different method. Our mailing address is: FAVOR, 1127 SE 10th Ave #203, Portland OR 97214. If you ship using your own method, the $3 shipping fee will not be deducted from your refund.

defective jewelry?

Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost. You can generate a return shipping label with the link below. Please make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be smashed in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer. Include a note telling us about the issue, your order number, and if you'd like a new piece or a refund. If the jewelry is returned in a damaged state that was not defective, such as a stretched out chain or smashed ring, we will charge a repair fee (listed below) to fix your jewelry.

repairs + Earring Matches

It’s not often that repairs are needed, but when they are, we will fix you right up for a minimal charge. We can re-shape bent jewelry, replace chains, and match earrings that have lost their mate. Because each pair of earrings is made by hand, the best way to make a match is to send the original earring back to us. It generally takes a week or two for us to fix your jewelry. Once we receive the item, we will assess the damage and send a Paypal invoice for the repair fee (see below).

Please include a note in your package explaining the issue and listing your mailing address and email address. Make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be smashed in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer.

Repair Fee Schedule

  • simple re-shaping (such as a slightly bent ring or a bent ear wire) or tightening up a loose stone setting | $12

  • re-shaping with new materials needed (such as replacing a clasp or remaking a bent pendant) | $15

  • new chain (if a chain has been stretched out or damaged) | $18-$25

  • new stone (if the stone has fallen out and needs to be replaced) | $20-$35 depending on the stone

  • jewelry needs to be re-made (such as a ring that has been smashed beyond repair) | 50% of non-sale retail price

  • earring match (to make a match when one has been lost) | 50% of non-sale retail price of earring
