Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

CLOSING POLICY UPDATE

As Favor Jewelry prepares to close this spring, the following updated policies apply:

Orders placed on or after March 11, 2026 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges for orders placed prior to this date will be honored according to the original policy through April 15, 2026. After April 15, 2026, Favor Jewelry will no longer be able to process returns, exchanges, or repairs. If you have any questions, please reach out before placing your order. Thank you for understanding during the transition. And thank you for supporting Favor over the years.

Please include a note with your jewelry telling us what change you would like and your order number. Make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be smashed in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer.
