Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
EXCHANGES + RING RESIZING
We want you to love your jewelry. We happily accept exchanges for 60 days after you receive your jewelry. Pieces must be returned in original, unworn condition. At this time we cannot accept returns on custom pieces or pieces listed as final sale. We also offer free one-time ring resizing. Find more information on finding your ring size here.
Please include a note with your jewelry telling us what change you would like and your order number. Make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be smashed in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer. Allow a week for us to process your return once we receive it.

REFUNDS
We want you to love your jewelry and we happily accept returns within 30 days after you receive your jewelry. Jewelry must be in its unworn condition with all packaging materials. Items that are returned damaged because of wear or insufficient packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. At this time we cannot accept returns on custom pieces or pieces listed as final sale. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

DEFECTIVE JEWELRY?
Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost. You can generate a return shipping label with the link below. Please make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be further damaged in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer. Include a note telling us about the issue, your order number, and if you'd like a new piece or a refund. If the jewelry is returned in a damaged state that was not defective, such as a stretched out chain or smashed ring, we will charge a repair fee (listed below) to fix your jewelry.

REPAIRS + EARRING MATCHES
It’s not often that repairs are needed, but when they are, we will fix you right up for a minimal charge. We can re-shape bent jewelry, replace chains, and match earrings that have lost their mate. Because each pair of earrings is made by hand, the best way to make a match is to send the original earring back to us. It generally takes a week or two for us to fix your jewelry. Once we receive the item, we will assess the damage and send an invoice for the repair fee (see below).
Please include a note in your package explaining the issue and listing your mailing address and email address. Make sure to package the jewelry so that it won't be smashed in transit. We recommend a small box inside of a bubble mailer. USPS will be the most economical shipping method. It should cost about $5 for USPS Ground Advantage with Delivery Tracking.

Repair Fee Schedule
- Simple re-shaping (such as a slightly bent ring or a bent ear wire) or tightening up a loose stone setting: $12
- Re-shaping with new materials (such as replacing a clasp remaking a bent pendant): $15
- New chain (if a chain has been stretched out or damaged): $18-25 depending on the chain
- New stone (if the stone has fallen out and needs to be replaced): $20-$35 depending on the stone
- Jewelry needs to be re-made (such as a ring that has been smashed beyond repair): 50% of non-sale retail price
- Earring match (when one earring has been lost): 50% of non-sale retail price
